Do the plans include a phone number?
No. Every plan is data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. WhatsApp, Telegram, and other apps work over data, and your home SIM can stay on for texts.
Do I need to turn on data roaming?
Yes, for the eSIM line only. It connects to Metfone as a roaming line, and there is no extra charge for roaming on it. Keep Data Roaming off on your home SIM so your carrier does not charge you.
When does my daily 3 GB reset?
Days are counted in UTC+8, one hour ahead of Cambodia. Each day ends at 10:59 PM Cambodia time, then your next 3 GB starts. Day 1 ends at that time too, so add a day to your plan.
When should I install it?
On Wi-Fi, the day before you fly or after you land. Your plan days start when you install, so there is no reason to install weeks early.
Daily or total data?
A week of temples and cafés fits 7 days · 5 GB. Heavy daily use or hotspot suits the 3 GB a day plans. For two weeks or more, look at 15 days · 20 GB or 30 days · 30 GB.
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Yes. Hotspot is included, so you can share the connection with a laptop or a travel partner.
Can I buy two plans in one order?
Yes. One checkout, one email, and a QR for each eSIM.
Can I top up if I run out?
No. There are no top-ups. If you run out of data or days, buy a new plan and install its QR.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, the phone supports eSIM. It must also be unlocked from your home carrier.
How long is the QR valid?
Install it within 30 days of receiving it. Each QR scans once, so do not delete the eSIM during your trip.
What if the QR never arrives?
The order page keeps it. If the eSIM cannot be issued, our team is alerted and the order is refunded.
